TUNE-UPS: Tune-up includes, but not limited to, dewinterization, replacement of manufacturer recommended parts, synchronization and adjustments in accordance with manufacturer specifications; We will then launch boat for sea trial. We will record temperature, RPM's, etc. You will be notified of any discrepancies. We will leave the boat in the water to be picked up for 1 week. Any boats left in the water will be hauled out and blocked until you pick it up. Fees may apply for re-launch. Engine recommission is limited to, changing of batteries, start up of engine, checking fluids and shift. NO sea trial on recommissioning.

LAUNCHING

A launching fee of $2.00 per foot will be charged to those customers who require off loading from trailers for spring service. Non-services, non-storage customers will be billed at current rates.

REQUEST DATE WILL BE NOTED ON A "FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS." PLEASE CHOOSE TWO DATES. THESE DATES SHOULD BE AT LEAST ONE WEEK APART. PLEASE CALL 1 WEEK PRIOR TO PICK UP.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

This labor and material herein, is ordered by me for which I have authority to order or for which my principal has authority to order. The prices for labor and
materials are to be listed at your regular prices. I agree to pay cash when the work is completed. An express mechanics lien in accordance with the Federal and State Laws is acknowledged on the above vessel to secure the amount of the repairs thereto.

If collection is made by an attorney by suit of otherwise, I agree to pay all reasonable attorney’s fees, but in no event less than a minimum of Two Hundred and Fifty
($250.00) Dollars plus interest in the highest legal amount allowed in the state where the collection or suit is entered plus all court costs, collection costs, and all costs
incurred by Minmar Marine collecting these sums. I hereby expressly waive all rights to claim exemption under any State Laws.

It is understood that Minmar Marine assumes no responsibility for loss or damage by theft, fire or other causes, including acts of God, to property placed with them for storage, sale and/or repair. You and your employees or their designees may operate the above vessel for purposes of testing, inspection, hauling, or delivery at my risk. We are not responsible for shrink-wrap or covers not surviving the elements. Minmar Marine reserves the right to move boats outside at their discretion. Minmar Marine may move boats outside for Spring Make-readies starting March 15, 2007. Boats that have not made arrangements by May 1, 2007 are subject to inactive storage. Prices subject to change without notification. Minmar Marine is not responsible for errors & omissions.
